Our full spectrum infrared sauna offers advanced near, mid and far infrared technology. The True Wave Full Spectrum heating system provides all wavelengths 100% of the time to optimize your sauna session. Using the same infrared heat that the sun produces, our sauna can help to relax your joints, muscles and tissues by increasing your body’s oxygen flow and blood circulation. As the soothing infrared heat penetrates your skin, it helps clear cells of impurities so you can experience a variety of health and wellness benefits.

What to Expect from Your Infrared Sauna Visit
We offer 30 or 60 minute sessions. There is the option to choose your session with or without access to the shower. There is no price difference when booking for 1 or 2 people. Shower access is an additional $20 plus tax.
If you choose to have the shower added on, you will have 20 minutes to use the room after your sauna session is finished.
If you choose not to have the shower, you will have the room depending on what time length you book. (30 or 60 mins)
The room can accommodate two people known to each other. Your session will be in a comfortable private room, and all amenities are supplied including towels and robes. All-natural shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body cream are provided when a session with access to the shower is booked. You are welcome to wear whatever you like inside the sauna, but it will be most beneficial to wear nothing at all.
You are welcome to connect your phone or device via Bluetooth so you can enjoy your own music, podcast, or meditation. We kindly ask that you are mindful of others in the building and keep the volume low.
Appointments for the sauna must be booked in advance. We do not accept walk ins.
Chromotherapy - What is it?
Our infrared sauna offers colour light therapy (also known as chromotherapy). This method uses different colours on the spectrum to help treat physical ailments and improve mental health. You simply sit or lay under your colour of choosing; each colour provides a different benefit. Try it out during your session to enhance your sauna experience.
Our Pricing
We offer 30 or 60 minute sessions. There is the option to choose your session with or without access to the shower.
Shower access is an additional $20 plus tax.
We ask all clients to be mindful of time during the session and not go past your reserved booking.
Your time begins at the start your reserved time slot, not when you arrive. So, if you are late, you will be losing time from your session.
Membership Conditions
Memberships are valid for one month from the start date. They cannot be carried over to future months.
There is no minimum number of sessions you are entitled to for the month, how often you choose to come in is up to you. We don’t recommend a membership if you only plan on using it a couple of times a month. (If you’re looking to make the most out of it)
You may choose to purchase a sauna membership with access to the shower for an extra $80 plus tax.
